The Bigger Vision
These four dinners are the pilot for a rotating chef residency concept — a permanent Atlanta dining experience that rotates chefs and menus, giving Atlanta's independent food community an ongoing platform and revenue stream. Early participants shape what it becomes.
Are you open to co-creating a menu with Atlanta chefs you haven't worked with before?
Each ensemble is curated — you may be paired with chefs from different backgrounds, traditions, and neighborhoods. The best dinners come from unexpected combinations.

Selection CallIf your story and concept fit an ensemble, we'll schedule a brief call to discuss your vision, confirm your commitment, and answer your questions about the experience.

Ensemble Assignment & Menu Co-CreationSelected chefs meet their co-collaborators. Together, you'll co-author the menu for your assigned chapter dinner — guided by our curatorial team and rooted in Atlanta's story.

Production & Experience PrepYou'll receive full event details — venue, timeline, logistics, guest count, program card content, and media/press opportunities for your business.
